Villa Mino is a charming stone house nestled among the green hills surrounding the city of Cortona. This villa is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday, offering a serene environment and the natural beauty of the area. Its location is ideal for those seeking a peaceful and secluded getaway, while also providing easy access to the historic city of Cortona within minutes.
The villa can accommodate up to six guests and boasts a spacious garden that envelops the house. Within this garden, you'll find a BBQ area with a veranda equipped with a dining table, perfect for enjoying delicious meals outdoors. Above the BBQ area lies a beautiful private swimming pool, complete with deckchairs and sun umbrellas. The pool is fenced and protected by an entrance gate making it an ideal spot for refreshing and relaxing on hot days. Adjacent to the pool is a gazebo with a dining table.
Villa Mino offers private parking and a laundry room equipped with a washer, iron, and ironing board for guests' convenience. The villa itself spans two levels connected by an internal staircase. The main entrance leads into an open space living room, furnished in a typical Tuscan style with a wide dining table, TV, fireplace, sofa, and two armchairs. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for preparing favorite dishes, and there is a bathroom with a shower adjacent to the kitchen. The first floor features a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom with two single beds, another double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. From the first floor, guests can access an outdoor veranda offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills.
