Casa Mariana is an ancient three-story palace located in the historic center of Cortona. Rich in charm and history, Cortona offers a unique blend of natural beauty and architectural splendor, making it an ideal base for exploring the most beautiful cities of Tuscany and Umbria. Casa Mariana enjoys a central yet secluded and quiet location, perfect for those seeking tranquility and comfort. The palace has been thoughtfully renovated over the years, ensuring it provides a comfortable stay for both short and long visits. Accommodating up to eight guests, the palace features four spacious double bedrooms spread across its three levels.
Upon entering Casa Mariana, you are welcomed into a cozy living room furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV. A small hallway leads to a beautiful stone stairway that ascends to the upper floors, culminating in a stunning Liberty-style skylight. The ground floor also houses a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. On the first floor, there is a complete bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a double bedroom. The second floor offers two double bedrooms, while the top floor boasts a bathroom with a shower, washer, and dryer, and the final double bedroom, which features a balcony offering breathtaking views of Cortona and the church of San Francesco. Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe, ensuring ample storage for all guests.
